01

Our commitment

Mr. Price Pacas Warehouse LLC wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology.

We’re a wholesale business, and our site is a work in progress. We may not get every detail right, but accessibility is something we actively care about — and if any part of the site is hard for you to use, we want to hear about it and help directly.

02

What we’ve done

Here are some of the things we’ve built into the site to make it easier to use:

Text alternatives for images

Images across the site include text descriptions so screen readers can describe them.

Keyboard navigation

The site can be navigated with a keyboard, and interactive elements show a visible outline when focused.

English & Spanish

Every page offers an English / Español toggle, so you can read the site in the language you’re most comfortable with.

Readable structure

Pages use clear headings and standard page regions (navigation, main content, footer) to help assistive technology move through them.

03

Standards we aim for

We aim to follow the spirit of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA — a widely used international standard for making websites accessible — as a practical target we work toward.

We want to be honest: we have not completed a formal third-party accessibility audit or certification. We describe WCAG 2.1 AA as a goal we build toward, not a guarantee that every page currently meets every criterion.

04

Known limitations

Some parts of the site are still being improved. Certain images are placeholders while we add real photography, and a few interactive areas may not yet be fully optimized for every assistive technology or every screen size — mobile support in particular is something we are still building out.

If you rely on assistive technology and hit a barrier anywhere on the site, please tell us (see the next section). In many cases we can help you directly — for example, by taking your request over the phone, by email, or over WhatsApp — while we work on a fix.

05

Need help, or found a problem?

If any part of this site is difficult to use, or if you need information from it in a different format, we’re glad to help — and we’ll never turn away business because the website didn’t work for you.

Reach us at support@mrpricepacas.com or call +1 (956) 766-4329. When you contact us, it helps to include the page you were on and a short description of the problem, so we can fix it and assist you faster.

06

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility isn’t a one-time task — as we add pages, photos, and mobile support, we’ll keep working to make the experience better for everyone. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we make meaningful accessibility changes.

Thank you for your patience as we grow. If you ever run into a barrier, contact us at support@mrpricepacas.com — your feedback directly helps us improve.
