Information we collect

We only collect personal information you choose to give us. When you request a quote or contact us through this site, we ask for your name, email address, and phone number, along with the listings or services you’re interested in.

We also automatically record basic technical information needed to run the site securely — such as your IP address — which helps us prevent spam and abuse of our forms.

Beyond the website, we may also receive your information when you reach out to us directly — for example through WhatsApp, phone calls, or in person at our warehouse. We treat that information the same way as information submitted online.

How we use your information

We use your information for a small set of clear purposes:

• To respond to your quote requests and questions, and to match you with the right account manager.
• To prepare pricing and fulfill orders for the merchandise, processing, packaging, or storage services you ask about.
• To follow up about your inquiry and keep you informed about your order.
• To keep our site secure and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. With your consent, we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure our advertising, which shares limited information with Meta; you can decline this through our cookie banner and still use the site normally.

SMS & email communications

When you give us your phone number or email, you’re agreeing that we may contact you about your inquiry and your orders — for example to send a quote, confirm details, or arrange pickup or delivery.

If we ever send promotional messages, every email will include an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text message to opt out. Opting out of marketing won’t stop essential messages about an order you’ve already placed.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.

Cookies & tracking

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working — remembering your cart, your language choice, and your catalogue filters.

With your consent, we also use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure our advertising. It runs only after you accept marketing cookies in our cookie banner — if you decline, it does not load. We do not currently use general analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

How we share information

We share your information only where it’s needed to run our business, and never with data brokers or for sale:

• Our CRM (GoHighLevel): the name, email, phone, and quote details you submit are stored in our customer-management system so our team can follow up and manage your order.
• Service providers: trusted companies that help us operate — such as our website host — who may process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal reasons: if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Meta (Facebook) is our advertising-measurement provider, active only with your consent. Any additional providers we add later will be described in our Cookie Policy.

Data retention & security

We keep your information only as long as we reasonably need it. For inquiries that don’t become orders, we generally keep lead information for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. For active customers, we keep records for the length of our business relationship, plus any period required by tax or other laws.

We protect your information with appropriate safeguards. Our site runs over a secure (HTTPS) connection, our forms are protected against automated abuse, and access to customer records is limited to authorized staff. No method of storage or transmission is ever completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Your choices & rights

You’re in control of your information. You may:

• Ask us what personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that’s wrong or out of date.
• Ask us to delete your information, where we’re not required to keep it.
• Opt out of marketing messages at any time.

Children's privacy

This site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has given us their information, please contact us at support@mrpricepacas.com and we’ll delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy & contact

We may update this policy as our business or our tools change — for example, if we add or remove a measurement tool. When we make a meaningful change, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
